As an empath, I struggled with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety for most of my adult life. I got curious about ways to support my highly sensitive self and began the journey of learning how to create healthy loving boundaries, trust my intuition, and channel healing energy. For the past 20 years, I’ve been immersed in learning from several teachers including Echo Bodine to practice my gift of channeling healing, expand my spiritual psychic gifts, listen to and really ‘hear’ my intuition. I learned how to access the Akashic Records at The Radiant Heart School led by Dawn Marian. I learned Reiki I and Reiki II to deepen my healing abilities and know that all healing modalities come from Divine Source energy. Another discovery was essential oils. I fell in love with how these tiny bottles could help me get through the day and that I could use them to create how I wanted to feel. I use Young Living essential oils every day as well as supplements made with these magical essential oils. When I was a child I was afraid to sing the songs in my heart because I was worried about what other people thought of me. That fear later rippled out into my adult life as I struggled to speak my truth with friends, lovers, and bosses. I started healing this rift when I started singing again in church and later joined a band. I realized that my voice (along with my heart) was my super power and that it helped transform people. I bring my voice into my healing work to create meditations and group experiences that are calming and healing.
